• Meet and guide travelers into jungles and caves
• Deliver enjoyable experience and useful knowledge to customers along the trek
• Help to provide a safe environment for all travelers on the trip
• Possibly inspect new caves and new routes
• Describe points of interest, answer questions and supply information related to the site.
• Help customers learn about the local culture, history, politics, society, and landscape.
• Encourage enthusiastic participation from travelers.


• Vietnamese applicants only (Followed by Vietnam Labor Law)
• Age from 18 to 35 years old
• Fluent English is imperative
• Good sense of direction
• Must possess an International Guiding License
• Physically capable of doing repeated long treks in jungles and caves
• Capable of outdoor activities: proficient in swimming and mountain biking and/or rock climbing to safely accompany clients are considered a desirable asset
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills: enthusiastic, motivated, professional, and caring
• Knowledge of local flora, fauna, culture and history is an asset
• Basic Mechanical skills is a desirable asset
• Working location: Quang Binh, Vietnam



• Manage adventure tour sales processes
• Organize, plan and conduct expeditions and tours for groups or individuals
• Build, maintain and manage partner relationships
• Process tour reservations from direct online booking and walk-in customers
• Handle bookings/invoices/customer support
• Consistently deliver a high level of customer service via email, phone, in-person, etc.
• Creating a friendly rapport with customers by answering questions and sharing your personal experiences and knowledge
• Verify the quality and amount of equipment prior to expeditions


• University or college degree (preferably in Tourism, Business Administration or Economics)
• Age from 18 to 35 years old
• At least 1 year experience working in tourism industry
• Strong speaking and writing skills in Vietnamese
• Ability to read, write and understand English
• Knowledgeable about travel services and logistics in Quang Binh
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Willingness to take initiative and assume both leader and follower roles in a team environment
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Eager to learn, eager to change and deliver results
• Be open-minded, outgoing and confident
• Be flexible in working time and responsibilities
• Work remotely outside of normal working hours
• Hospitality and Sales training provided
• Working location: Phong Nha (Quang Binh) and/or Dong Hoi (Quang Binh)


• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess basic typing skills
• Ability to speak English
• 3 to 6 months prior experience providing general clerical support
• Professional and friendly demeanor. Good verbal communication skills to deal effectively with customers and all levels of the organization
• Be open-minded, outgoing and confident
• Hospitality and Sales training provided
