With an expansive area of 2000 hectares, Abandoned Valley has been meticulously protected and sustainably developed. This area boasts a surprisingly diverse landscape, including primary forests, limestone mountains, underground rivers, water caves, dry caves, streams, and unique stalactite systems such as the 24K gold stalactite room (Golden Cave); “the rock layers in mountain”  surrounding Van Cave; the collection of white jade (cave pearls) in Van Cave; the coral stalactite cluster (Van Cave); and the cliffs densely covered with fossilzed coral reef (E cave, Van Cave).

Abandoned Valley is also a habitat for rare animals such as the langur (Hachypithecus Hatinhensis), the gibbon (Nomascus Siki) in E Cave area, the wild chicken (Gallus gallus) in Dark cave Exit erea, Rhesus monkey (Macaca Mulatta) in Thung Tre area, and the deer in Van Cave area.
