  + The itinerary requires good endurance and a solid physical foundation. Suitable for people who exercise 3-5 time a week and have experience hiking and climbing mountains terrains.

DETAILED ITINERARY

• Day 1:
  + You’ll trek about 8km into the core area of the Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, reaching the Abandoned Valley. The journey will take you through three main types of terrains: uphill climbs, sharp limestone karst mountains and river crossings (with water potentially reaching above knee height). You’ll explore the Dark Cave Exit an ancient geological formation in the valley and mixed-type cave. Its main passage is still actively formed, while only part of the cave is dry and fossilized.
  + In the afternoon, you’ll move to the basecamp next to the E-Cave a picturesque and peaceful spot within Abandoned Valley. The water at E-Cave is particularly clear and turquois colour, with an impressive open-air pool at the cave entrance, which flow downstream to connect with the Dark Cave Exit.
  + Exploration of E-Cave – the most beautiful water cave in Quang Binh province . In front of 1.2Km to 1.5Km length of the E-cave, you can swim or paddle board to admire the sparkling stalactites, also see traces of the cave’s formation process, fractures from 400 million years of geological activity, and the cliffs densely covered with fossilized coral reef on the ceiling and walls of the cave. 
  + Participate in outdoor activities at the entrance of E-cave: swimming in the clear water, paddling SUP to enjoy the natural beauty. Or you can admire the vibrant underwater world with free diving or snorkeling,
  + Capture memorable moments throughout the trip by posing for photos and being freely photographer be Moc Nam team.
  + A highlight of the journey is a meal of hot pot or BBQ prepared by the local people amidst the mountains. A cozy evening, gathered together after a long day of exploration. This is also the ideal location in the area to stargaze and observe the beauty starry sky, especially.
• Day 2: 
  + Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping and slowly feel the breath of the E-Cave forest and the grandeur of nature. You will enjoy a breakfast with a variety of option: rice noodle (pho), noodle, cereals, bread, eggs, milk,..
  + Visits Golden Cave, a fossilized cave over 3 millions years old, with stunning features like moss-covered stalactites at the entrance, sparkling stalactites, especially the 24-karat golden stalactites.
  + Back to the basecamp, have lunch, dessert,…

Service team : each group of guests from 10-15pax depends on the day, there will be 1 tour guide, 3-4 supporters, 1-2 chefs.

Travel insurance : Moc Nam buys travel insurance for all tourists participating, compensation is up to 50.000.000vnd (2000USD). Please send Moc Nam a photo your passport or ID card before the trip.
